October Youth Programs
We’re excited to share details for our October Teen, Pre-Teen, and Kids Programs. These programs are a fantastic way to help youth develop not just strength and fitness, but also confidence, coordination, and a healthy relationship with movement that can last a lifetime.
Teen Program (Ages 13–17)
Our Teen Program is perfect for youth who want to take their fitness to the next level, whether for sports performance or just overall health.
When: Tuesdays, 4:30–5:15pm
Dates: October 7, 14, 21, and 28
This program focuses on mechanics, consistency, and intensity. Teens will develop strength, endurance, and confidence while also learning how to train safely and effectively.
Pre-Teen Program (Ages 9–12)
Our Pre-Teen Program is designed to build a strong foundation in functional movement.
When: Wednesdays, 4:30–5:15pm
Dates: October 8, 15, 22, and 29
These sessions help pre-teens improve coordination, balance, and strength through age appropriate workouts that include lifting, pushing, pulling, running, and more.
Kids Program (Ages 6–8)
Our Kids Program is returning this October, on a new day.
When: Thursdays, 4:30–5:15pm
Dates: October 9, 16, 23, and 30
This program introduces younger children to the fun of fitness in a safe and supportive environment. Kids will jump, run, throw, and climb, all while learning the basics of body awareness and movement.
All of our youth programs are drop off programs.
Our programs are all designed to develop a healthy relationship with fitness at an early age, as it makes all the difference. These programs are designed to help kids, pre-teens, and teens:
Build body awareness and confidence
Learn proper movement mechanics
Improve balance, strength, coordination, and agility
Have fun while being active!
From lifting and running to throwing, pushing, and pulling, our youth athletes will move in ways that set them up for success in both sports and everyday life.
If you have children in these age groups, don’t miss out. Imagine if you had started CrossFit at their ages. Spaces are limited, and registration is now open.
