A quick note about our 9:30am class time

We know many of you have noticed how busy our 9:30am class has been lately, and we have too. We keep a very close eye on class trends and attendance, and right now, 9:30am is the one that’s been hitting capacity most consistently.

Lately, that class reaches full capacity not too long after the registration opens at 8pm the night before, but here’s something worth noting, between 8pm and 9am the next morning, the 9:30am class tends to change hands anywhere from 3 to 7 times.

So while it may show full when you first check, spots have always been opening up as athletes adjust their schedules. So, if you’re hoping to grab a spot, we always suggest checking the app a few times before class. Chances are very good that spots will open up.

This pattern isn’t unusual for this time of year. We’re in what we like to call the “shoulder season”, biking and golf have wrapped up, skiing hasn’t kicked off yet, and everyone is back into a gym routine. Historically, that makes 9:30am one of our busiest hours on the schedule.

Outside of 9:30am, there’s been space available in every other class time, with just a couple recent exceptions, in the noon class which also capped out a couple times.

We’ll continue monitoring attendance and flow closely, and if adjustments are needed, we’ll make them. But for now, the data shows there’s still plenty of opportunity to get your workout in, whether it’s by grabbing a last minute opening at 9:30am or joining us at another class time. 6am, 7am, 12pm or 6pm.

On a side note: if you have a spot in a class and you know that you can no longer attend that time, please sign our as soon as you can, so that someone else can secure that spot.
