Upcoming Fundamentals
If you know someone who’s been curious about CrossFit, thinking about starting, or asking you what it’s like to train here, this is where they begin.
We’ll be hosting our next Fundamentals Sessions on:
Tuesday, February 3rd at 10:30am
Wednesday, February 4th at 10:30am
These sessions are designed specifically for people who are new to CrossFit and want a supportive, coach led introduction before stepping into regular classes.
Starting something new can feel intimidating, especially CrossFit.
Fundamentals exists to remove that uncertainty.
This is where we slow things down and focus on:
understanding basic movements and mechanics
going over fundamental movements we do often
seeing how classes are structured
learning how movements are scaled for all levels
It gives new athletes context, confidence, and clarity before they ever walk into a regular class.
Fundamentals is ideal for:
anyone new to CrossFit
If someone has ever said to you, “I’ve thought about trying CrossFit, but…” this is for them.
During Fundamentals, new athletes will:
be coached in a small group setting
have time to ask questions
learn at a comfortable pace
get a feel for the environment and culture of the gym
There’s no pressure to perform, no competition, and no expectation to already know anything. The goal is simply to learn and feel supported.
As a coach led facility, fundamentals is one of the ways we protect our athletes, our standards, and the experience on the floor. It allows us to meet people where they’re at and help them start the right way.
If you have someone in your life who’s been asking about CrossFit, this is a great opportunity to share this with them.
