A Change

It’s hard to believe, but summer is starting to wind down. The long evenings, beach days, and slower schedules will soon give way to earlier sunsets, cooler mornings, and a return to routine.

September is always a reset, a chance to get back on track, set new goals, and find a rhythm, and that goes for our younger athletes too.

Registration for our September Teen & Pre- Teen Programs is now open!

Our youth programs are designed to help young athletes build strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe, coach led environment. Whether they’re looking to improve sports performance, get stronger for school activities, or simply learn how to move well, these classes give them the tools to do it.

What’s New This Fall?

Starting in September, we’re separating the youth program into two dedicated sessions: one for Teens (13–17) and one for Pre-Teens (9–12).

When

  • Teens (ages 13–17): Tuesdays, September 2, 9, 16, 23 from 4:30–5:15pm

  • Pre-Teens (ages 9–12): Wednesdays, September 3, 10, 17, 24 from 4:30–5:15pm

We’re looking towards October to bring back the Indestructible Kids (6-8) class, after they’ve had a little more time to get settled back into their school routine.
