We wanted to remind everyone that we’ll be hosting the CrossFit Nutrition for the Everyday Athlete Course here at CrossFit Indestri on Saturday, April 18th. The course runs all day, so there will be no Saturday class that day.
Nutrition is one of the most talked about, and often most confusing, parts of health and fitness. There’s no shortage of information out there, but knowing what actually matters, and what actually applies to you, can feel overwhelming.
This course is designed to cut through that.
Nutrition is the foundation of health and performance in CrossFit training, yet many athletes struggle to align their diet with their training. This one day, in person course is built to provide practical, evidence based strategies to help fuel your workouts, support recovery, and improve overall well being.
And it’s designed for exactly who we coach every day. The everyday CrossFit athlete.
Not someone training for hours a day. Not just competitive athletes. But the person showing up to class a few times a week. The person balancing work, family, and training. The person who wants to feel better, move better, and have more energy throughout the day.
Whether you’re new to CrossFit or have been doing it for years, this course is built to make nutrition feel accessible, actionable, and effective.
The day itself is structured so you can actually learn and apply what’s being taught. Through a mix of lectures, hands on activities, and real world examples, you’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of how to build balanced meals, how to fuel before and after workouts, how nutrition supports recovery, and how to create habits that are realistic and sustainable.
No extremes.
No unnecessary complexity.
Just information you can actually use.
Because what you do outside the gym matters just as much as what you do inside it.
We spend time in class working on movement, building strength, and improving capacity. But nutrition plays a major role in how you feel during workouts, how you recover, and how your body adapts over time.
You don’t need to be perfect, but having a better understanding of how to fuel your body can make a meaningful difference.
At CrossFit Indestri, we’ve always believed that coaching goes beyond the hour you spend in class. It’s about helping you build a foundation that supports your health long term. This course is a natural extension of that, and we’re bringing in the best to deliver it.
The cost of the course is $480 + tax. We understand that this is an investment, but it’s an investment in your health. One that doesn’t just impact you, but often carries over into your family, your habits at home, and the way you approach food long term.
