What the Leaderboard Doesn’t Show
A lot of stock gets put into the leaderboard, but at the end of the day, it’s just a tool. It’s a place we record your effort, track progress, hold you accountable, and sure, sometimes add a little friendly competition with your friends.
But it doesn’t tell the whole story.
It doesn’t show how clean your reps were, or how deep you squatted, how steady you moved, or how long you fought to hang on. It doesn’t show if you scaled smart instead of pushing through something sloppy, or that you chose to slow down, not because you couldn’t go faster, but because you cared about doing it right. And it won’t celebrate the fact that you showed up tired, sore, or stressed, and still put in the work.
On the other side, it also won’t call you out if you cut reps, moved too fast to meet the standard, or chased the clock instead of quality.
The score might reflect part of the effort., but it never reflects the full picture.
Moving with integrity matters, that’s what actually moves the needle, not just the number beside your name.
So while the leaderboard has its place, and we’ll always use it for the right reasons, we care more about how you move than the score on the leaderboard.
