Are you missing salt?

When the temps rise, sweat increases, and water alone won’t cut it.

If you’re training hard in this heat, you’re not just losing fluids, you’re losing electrolytes. Especially sodium, and it matters more than most people think.

That foggy feeling mid WOD. The cramping. The “I drank so much water, why do I still feel wrecked” feeling.

Sodium isn’t just some salty additive, it’s an essential electrolyte that:
