Coaching is what sets us apart
We’ve always believed that great coaching changes everything. It’s the difference between simply showing up for a workout, and truly training with purpose.
Our coaching team brings over 85 years of combined experience in the CrossFit Training Methodology. That’s decades of teaching movement, building confidence, and helping athletes of every ability level become stronger, fitter, and more capable in and out of the gym.
There’s a huge difference between presenting a workout, instructing a workout, and coaching a workout. And we’re extremely proud to have a team of coaches here at CrossFit Indestri, who’s knowledge, experience and care are second to none.
They don’t just stand at the whiteboard and read what’s written, turn on a clock, and the music and count you in. They’re coaches who see, cue, correct, adapt, connect, and truly care. Every athlete in the room matters, from the person scaling their first workout, to the athlete that might be chasing a new PR.
Coaching isn’t an afterthought, it’s our craft.
It’s what defines us.
It’s what keeps our athletes safe, and it’s what makes the results real.
For over 15 years, we’ve upheld a standard that we’re proud of, gold standard coaching rooted in mechanics, consistency, and intensity. That’s what sets us apart.
A big, huge thank you to our incredible team of coaches who pour their hearts into helping build a stronger Collingwood and community, one WOD at a time. Steph, Stouty, Neal, Sarah, Emma, Hannah, myself and as many of you may know, or have seen, Steve McCrea has been working with us to develop into a coach as well. We’re so proud of the growth, commitment, and dedication this team shows in upholding what CrossFit Indestri stands for, each bring so much passion, experience, and care to the floor every single day.
