It’s that time of year again, when costumes make their way into classes, and we get to see who can do burpees while dressed as a superhero.
We love the energy and fun that Halloween brings inside the gym, and we encourage you to lean into it. Dress up, get BOOtiful, and enjoy the lighter side of fitness. Just maybe skip the mask that makes it hard to breathe during all those burpees.
Schedule Update
There will be no 6pm class on Halloween night, so plan to get your workout in early, hit a morning or midday session, or take it as your well earned rest day. Either way, move a little, laugh a lot, and enjoy a FANGtastic Halloween.
Spend time with family, hand out candy, or walk the neighborhood with the little ghosts and goblins. Fitness is about balance, and tonight’s a great night to embrace it.

We highly encourage costumes, but they are optional, effort however is mandatory.
