Our Indestructible Youth Programs November registration is officially open to everyone. These programs are designed to help kids and teens develop strength, coordination, and confidence, all while having fun in a supportive, coach led environment.
As always, we give our current youth athletes the first opportunity to register before opening spots to new participants, and spaces are filling up quickly.
Indestructible Teens (Ages 13–17)
When: Tuesdays — November 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
Time: 4:30pm – 5:15pm
Calling all parents of teens between 13 and 17 years old, let’s get your teens loving CrossFit as much as you do!
Our teen program focuses on building strong, capable athletes through coach led strength and conditioning sessions that emphasize movement quality, effort, and mindset. Teens will learn to move well, train hard, and challenge themselves both physically and mentally.
This session still has plenty of space available, so if your teen has been curious about what you do in class, this is the perfect time to get them started!
Indestructible Pre-Teens (Ages 9–12)
When: Wednesdays — November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
Time: 4:30pm – 5:15pm
This program bridges the gap between kids and teens, helping young athletes develop strength, agility, and focus. Each class builds athletic confidence through skill work, conditioning, and fun, age appropriate challenges.

Indestructible Kids (Ages 6–8)
When: Thursdays — November 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
Time: 4:30pm – 5:15pm
Our youngest athletes learn foundational movement skills through games and play based training that builds balance, coordination, and confidence, while keeping fitness fun!

Each of our youth programs is built around the CrossFit principles of mechanics, consistency, and intensity, ensuring every athlete moves well, stays safe, and builds lifelong confidence in their abilities.
Spots are limited, especially in the Kids and Pre-Teen sessions, so don’t wait to register.
