Youth June Session

Our June Youth Sessions kick off next week.

Teens - 13 to 17 - Tuesday’s from 4:30pm to 5:15pm
Pre-Teens -9 to 12 - Wednesday’s from 4:30pm to 5:15pm
Kids - 6 to 8 - Thursday’s from 4:30pm to 5:15pm

Youth classes have become a big part of what we do at CrossFit Indestri. Over the years we’ve watched athletes come in nervous, shy, unsure of themselves, and grow into confident leaders, athletes, and teammates.

Because our youth program is about so much more than fitness.

Yes, we work on strength, movement, coordination, athleticism, and bodyawareness.

But we also work on confidence.

Effort, coachability, teamwork, respect, accountability, and learning how to show up.

Something we continue to emphasize across all of our youth and team training programs is focusing on the things we can control:

Attitude.
Effort.
Presence.

Show up with a good attitude.
Give your best effort.
Be present in class.

Those habits build better athletes, but they also build better teammates, better students, and stronger young people outside the gym.

Our youth sessions are coach led, just like our adult classes. We teach movement, explain purpose, and help athletes understand the why behind what they are doing.

We don’t just put kids through workouts. We help athletes move better and build confidence in what they are capable of.

June is shaping up to be another great month, and we’re looking forward to welcoming both returning athletes and some new faces into the program.

And continuing to building strong and capable youth.
