Managing everything you're losing in the heat

Summer training feels different.

The gym can be warmer (even when we’re lucky enough to have AC). You're spending more time outside. You're hiking, golfing, playing sports, working in the yard, heading to the beach, or simply enjoying the sunshine.

The common denominator?

You're sweating. Most likely a lot.

When most people think about hydration, they think about drinking more water. But hydration isn't just about replacing the water you've lost. It's also about replacing the electrolytes that leave your body every time you sweat, especially sodium.

That's why we like Sodii.

It's designed to help replace one of the biggest things you're losing during training and throughout the day. Replenishing sodium helps your body retain the fluid you're drinking and supports normal muscle and nerve function.

If you've been feeling unusually fatigued, dealing with headaches, muscle cramps, or finding you're still thirsty even after drinking plenty of water, it may not be because you're not drinking enough. It could be because you're not replacing what you've lost.

Every athlete is different. Some people sweat more than others, and some lose far more sodium in their sweat. The harder you train, the hotter the conditions, and the longer you're active, the more important it becomes to think beyond just water.

This summer, don't just focus on what you're drinking.

Think about what you're replacing.

Water matters.
Electrolytes matter.

And managing both can help you feel and perform your best, whether you're tackling a tough WOD, spending the day on the golf course, or simply trying to keep up with everything summer has to offer.

How many of you did the workout Kelly Wednesday in the heat, sweat buckets, and did not replace anything you lost?

Check out the Sodii flavours we have in stock in our shop indestri retail area.
It’s why we sell it.
