September Fundamentals
It might not say “January” on the calendar, but September often feels just as much like a new year. The long summer evenings are winding down, routines are starting back up, and it’s the perfect time to reset goals, get back into rhythm, and refocus on your fitness.
That makes it the ideal time to begin.
Our next Fundamental Sessions, the first step for anyone new to CrossFit, will be held: (both days are required to attend)
Tuesday, September 2nd at 10:30am
Thursday, September 4th at 10:30am
Fundamentals is where we teach the foundations of CrossFit: the movements, the methodology, and the mindset. It’s the starting line for building strength, fitness, and confidence inside and outside the gym.
One of the reasons we’ve only ever had a single price increase in 15 years is because we don’t put money into advertising. Instead, we’ve always relied on the support and word of mouth of our community. If you know someone who’s been thinking about starting, or someone important in your life who should get started, let them know that now’s the time.
September is about fresh starts, and there’s no better way to kick off a new season than by taking that first step into CrossFit.
