Quarterfinals this Weekend

Quarterfinals are here, and we have approximately 7 athletes taking on the next stage of competition over Friday and Saturday.

If you’d like to come in and support them, we would love to have you in the facility to recreate the buzz and magic of the open. The energy from the community always makes a difference on weekends like this.

A Quick Note on Spectating

We ask that you please give athletes the time and space to warm up before their workouts. These are high effort tests, and that prep time matters. Most competitions have a separate warm up area, so athletes can focus on getting warm and ready. We won’t have a separate area, so this is just a friendly reminder.

Once they’re ready to go, please bring the energy and cheer them on.

Friday Schedule

We’ll have athletes completing Workout 1 at a few different times on Friday:

  • 10:30am – Coach Steph

  • 1:30pm – Group heats

  • 5:00pm – Courtney

Feel free to drop in around those times to watch and support.

Saturday Schedule

All athletes will complete the remaining 3 workouts on Saturday.

We’re aiming for:

  • 12:00pm

  • 2:30 - 3:00pm

  • 5:00 - 5:30pm

We will also do our best to share timing on our instagram story as well. These times are approximate. We’re doing our best to space things out to allow athletes time to:

  • Recover

  • Fuel

  • Step away if needed between workouts

Judges & Community

If you completed the Judges Course this year, making you a registered judge with CrossFit, we would really appreciate your help on Saturday.

These weekends don’t run without you.

Emma will once again be in the gym shooting content for CrossFit, we would love to once again show the CrossFit community just how special our community is. So if you can, come on over and support these athletes. Your support helps these moments make weekends like this special.

If you’re around, come in, cheer loud, and help create the environment these athletes deserve.
