In March

March tends to feel like a turning point. The days start to get a little longer. The air shifts. There’s a sense of fresh energy, new routines, and a chance to reset after the long winter months. Inside the facility, March tends to be when we see that same shift happen as well.

Our March Youth Programs kick off next week. There’s something special about watching young athletes walk through the doors, some excited, some nervous, all ready to grow.

What makes these programs unique is that they’re about so much more than fitness. Yes, we’re building strength, coordination, and athleticism, but we’re also teaching the habits that carry into sport, school, and life: effort, presence, attitude, and resilience.

March Youth Programs

Kids Program (Ages 6-8) - Thursday’s from 4:30 to 5:15pm
This program focuses on building confidence through movement. We work on coordination, balance, listening skills, and learning how to move safely and effectively. Most importantly, it’s about helping kids feel capable and proud of what their bodies can do.

Pre-Teen Program (Ages 9-12) - Wednesday’s from 4:30 to 5:15pm
At this stage, athletes begin developing more structured skills. We introduce foundational strength work, body awareness, and community, all in a supportive and encouraging environment. It’s a powerful age for building confidence and positive habits around training.

Teen Program (Ages 13–17) - Tuesday’s from 4:30 to 5:15pm
Our teen athletes train in a more structured setting that supports both sport performance and long term health. Continuing to learn proper mechanics, strength development, and conditioning, while continuing to build discipline, work ethic, and self belief. Many of our teen athletes use this program to support their performance in hockey, basketball, skiing, and other sports.

Every one of these programs is designed to meet athletes where they are and help them grow, both physically and mentally.

A New Fundamentals Session

March is also a time when we see many adults ready to try something new, and we’re looking forward to have a new Fundamentals session beginning next week.

If you know someone who has been thinking about starting CrossFit, this is the perfect entry point.

This session consists of two required classes, this session will have both of them at 10:30am:

  • First session: Choose either Tuesday, March 3rd OR Wednesday, March 4th

  • Second session: Friday, March 6th

These sessions are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and beginner friendly. We focus on teaching the fundamental movements, helping new athletes build confidence, and ensuring they feel comfortable stepping into regular classes afterward.

March is all about momentum. For our youth, it’s about continuing to build skills and confidence, while laying the foundation for both sport and life. For adults, it can be the moment they finally decide to start.

If someone in your life has been thinking about joining, this is a great time to begin.

New season.
Fresh energy.
Stronger together.
