That is why we are so excited to be hosting the CrossFit Nutrition for the Everyday Athlete Course this spring.

This is not just another seminar or nutrition talk. It is a one day, in person course designed to give you something far more valuable than a quick tip or a temporary plan.

And what makes this opportunity even more special is that this course has only been offered one other time in Ontario so far. We are truly excited and honoured to be able to host it right here in our own community.
