March youth programs are open for registration
There is something special about watching young athletes discover what they are capable of.
Confidence grows, friendships form, skills develop, and most importantly, they begin to see that strength is not just about muscles. It is about resilience, teamwork, and believing in themselves.
That is exactly what our Youth Programs are designed to build.
Registration for our March Youth Session is now open, and we have programs available for three different age groups so every child can learn and grow in an environment suited to them.
Teens Program (Ages 13 to 17)
Tuesdays | March 3rd to 24th | 4:30pm to 5:15pm
Our teen program focuses on building a strong foundation in movement, strength, and conditioning while also teaching accountability, discipline, and confidence. These sessions help support sport performance, injury prevention, and overall fitness in a positive, encouraging environment.
Pre -Teen Program (Ages 9 to 12)
Wednesdays | March 4th to 25th | 4:30pm to 5:15pm
This stage is all about learning how to move well while keeping things fun and engaging. Pre-teens work on coordination, body awareness, strength, and teamwork through age appropriate training that keeps them motivated and excited to come back each week.
Kids Program (Ages 6 to 8)
Thursdays | March 5th to 26th | 4:30pm to 5:15pm
For our youngest athletes, the focus is simple: move, play, and build confidence. Through games, basic skill development, and positive coaching, kids learn foundational movement patterns while having fun in a supportive group setting.
These programs are about so much more than exercise.
They help youth:
Build confidence and self esteem
Develop healthy habits early
Learn teamwork and respect
Improve focus and coordination
Discover the joy of movement
Most importantly, they give youth a place where they feel supported, encouraged, and proud of what they can do.
