TrackNITE
We’ve had a few of you asking about it this week, so here’s where things are at.
We applied for the 2026 permit over the winter and we’re currently waiting to hear back. I followed up again today, so hopefully we’ll have some answers soon. If everything lines up the way we’re hoping, we’ll be back on the track by the end of May and running through the summer.
For those who are newer and might not know what TrackNITE is,
Once a week, we head over to the CCI track on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm for an hour CrossFit Indestri Endurance session.
We started TrackNITE back in 2016. It was simple. Meet once a week, run together, build some engine. Over time it grew into something people really looked forward to. Then the fence went up around the track and we lost access for a few years. We were finally able to get approval and a permit again in 2023, and brought it back.
Since then, it’s picked right back up where it left off.
Steph and I are out there with you, doing the workouts alongside everyone else. And when we say workout, we mean running. That could look like run intervals, run and walk, or steady efforts, but it’s all running. No burpees, no push ups, no extra pieces. Just time on your feet.
TrackNITE isn’t an additional charge. It’s something we offer because it adds value to what you’re already doing inside the gym. It also doesn’t take away a class pass, you don’t register for it, we do put up a poll on instagram to get an idea of who’s coming out, but it doesn’t take away from your classes with us, if you’re a 3x a week membership.
It’s also not about being a “runner.” You don’t have to be good at it. You don’t have to love it. You don’t even have to follow the workout exactly as it’s written. If you’re working toward being able to run continuously, a run/walk approach is more than fine. The goal is simple. Build some endurance. Get outside. Move.
As soon as we hear back on permits, we’ll share the start date and details.
We’re hoping it won’t be long.
