Just a reminder that we’re hosting the CrossFit Nutrition for the Everyday Athlete seminar this Saturday from 8:30am until 4pm.
Because of the seminar, there will be no classes running this Saturday.
We’re excited to have this course in our space. It’s not something that comes through often, and it’s a great opportunity to learn more about how nutrition supports your training, your recovery, and your day to day life.
If you’ve been thinking about signing up, there may still be time. Registration is handled directly through CrossFit HQ, so we don’t have full visibility on when they’ll close it, but we would expect that to happen soon.
If it’s something you’ve been considering, now would be the time.
