Reminder our Victoria Day WOD is at 9am only and we’re doing Murph.
For those of you joining us we look forward to seeing you, a reminder we will set aside 90 mins for this workout.
The workout begins and ends with a 1 mile run, for those who don’t run, this will be a ruck (weighted walk) distances can be shortened, we’ll lay out all the different ways to hit Murph on Monday morning.
Reminder class cap in increased for the holiday WOD. It will be busy, we’ll be sharing spaces on the rig, etc.
