We’ve Noticed
We just wanted to say that we've noticed many of you have taken our previous blog post about “changing it up” to heart. Some of you have tried different class times, joined in on Saturday, or even set up in new areas of the gym.
In the 100 Words of Fitness, Greg Glassman said, “Routine is the enemy.” We get so comfortable in our habits that we rarely make ourselves uncomfortable, but stepping outside your comfort zone, even in small ways, helps to create growth. And that’s what we’re all here to do: keep growing, improving, and challenging ourselves.
We’re not expecting anyone to completely change their schedule, but once in a while, mixing things up can be a really good thing. Plus, there’s a whole gym full of athletes you might not have met yet.
Anyway, we just wanted to say, we see it, and we appreciate you giving it a try.
