Do You Know Someone Who Could Benefit from CrossFit?

We believe that fitness is about more than just getting in a good sweat, it’s about building a stronger, healthier life, one rep at a time. We’re sure we all know someone in our lives who could use that. Maybe it’s a friend who’s been talking about wanting to get in shape, a parent or grandparent who wants to keep up with the kids, or a coworker who feels stuck in a rut.

CrossFit isn’t just another workout. It’s a methodology that changed the game for fitness. It defined what fitness really means: strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, functional abilities that translate into a better, more capable life outside the gym. It’s also about the coaching. CrossFit raised the standard for what it means to teach movement well. We don’t just run you through a workout, we coach you, we guide you, and we make sure you’re moving safely, progressing steadily, and building a foundation that lasts. And most importantly,CrossFit is about community.

Our Fundamentals Program is where that starts, and we have a couple coming up over the next few weeks. The first is actually this week, Tuesday at 10:30am and Thursday at 10:30am.

Fundamentals is an introduction to CrossFit, designed to go over the fundamental movements we do often in classes, with a strong focus on the Olympic Lifts.
