The Pre-Teen/Teen and Kids Program
The pre-teen/teen and kids programs aren’t just scaled down versions of adult workouts, the classes are designed specifically for our younger athletes, helping them build strength, confidence, and build a healthy relationship with fitness for our youth, in a safe and supportive environment.
In our Kids classes (ages 6-8), we focus on creating body awareness, introducing basic movement patterns running, jumping, squatting, pressing, pulling, hinging, through fun, more game based workouts. Our goal is simple: make fitness fun. We keep it lighter, more playful, and we help kids develop coordination, balance, and body awareness.
As kids get older, and transition into our Pre-Teen/Teen program (ages 9–17). We have more structured training like our adult classes. Learning proper form, building consistency, and introducing a little intensity in a safe, coach led class. Whether they’re athletes looking to get stronger for their sports, or are youth who just want to feel more confident in their own bodies, we’re here to help them unlock their potential. It’s about learning how to move well, how to push themselves, and creating a healthy relationship with fitness.
Our youth programs aren’t just about the physical fitness. It’s about the environment we create for them. A place where kids and teens feel empowered, encouraged, and part of a community. Where they learn that hard work pays off, that learning and failure can be part of the process, and that showing up consistently is the real key to success, not just in the gym, but outside of the gym as well.
We’re helping to build the next generation of strong, capable humans, one workout at a time.
Our June session starts this week.
Wednesday’s at 4:30pm to 5:15pm for the Pre-teen/teen - ages 9 to 17.
Friday’s at 4:30pm to 5:15pm for the kids - ages 6 to 8.
