Get Your Family and Friends Into CrossFit

We all have someone in our lives who we know would benefit from CrossFit.

Maybe it’s your sibling who’s been talking about getting stronger.
Maybe it’s your friend who’s always saying they want to move more.
Maybe it’s your parent who’s ready to feel better and live better.

CrossFit isn’t just for athletes or people who are already fit. CrossFit is for everyone.
It’s the program to get you healthy and fit, keep you healthy and fit, etc.

Our next Fundamentals Sessions is coming up, Friday, June 13th at 7pm and Saturday, June 14th at 10am. (Both these classes are required as part of fundamentals) This is the perfect opportunity to introduce someone you care about to what we do here, and get them started on their journey with CrossFit.

Here’s the thing:
We coach movement, not just workouts. We teach people how to move well inside the gym, so they can be and feel, strong, capable, and confident in their everyday life outside the gym.

Because word of mouth is the best form of advertising, your recommendation means the world to us. When you invite a family member or friend to join, you’re not only showing them you care enough to want the best for them in health and fitness, but you’re also helping us grow as a facility. Your support helps us continue to build a community that is focused on coaching, community, and lifelong health.

So if there’s someone you know who could benefit from better health, stronger movement, and a community that’s got their back, this is your call to send them this post, and introduce them to CrossFit.

(( Note that after this blog was written, we have a pop up fundamental session happening this week as well, 10:30am on Tuesday, and Wednesday. So if a 10:30am time would work better, we have one happening this week.))
