Victoria Day Weekend
It’s the first long weekend of the ‘summer’. Victoria Day weekend is our annual Murph workout. This coming Monday we will be open for one class only at 9am.
We have an hour and half in the schedule for Murph and we ask that everyone please stay until the last person is finished.
Class registration for Murph is open now in zenplanner and we have increased the class cap. Murph is always a busy one.
For those who would like to learn a little more about Lt. Michael Murphy, aka. Murph there are two movies, Murph the Protector which is a documentary and then the Hollywood Movie Lone Survivor is about Lt. Michael Murphy and his team.
