What do you love about CrossFit?
What do you love about CrossFit? Not what you think you’re supposed to say. Not the polished answer. Not the one that sounds good to other people. Your answer.
We would actually really love to know.
Because for some of you, it’s the training.
The structure.
The progression.
The feeling of getting stronger, fitter, more capable.
For others, it’s the challenge.
The moments where you didn’t think you could, and then you did.
The workouts that stayed with you long after you left.
Maybe it’s the routine.
The consistency. The hour in your day that’s yours, where you show up, put your phone away, and just work.
Or maybe it’s something you didn’t expect at all.
The community.
The conversations before and after class.
The feeling of walking into a room and knowing you’re not doing this alone.
For some, it’s the first time in a long time you’ve felt like an athlete again.
And for others, it’s the first time ever.
And maybe your answer has changed along the way.
What you loved when you first started, might not be what keeps you coming back now. That’s part of it too. This evolves. You evolve.
But we don’t ask this question enough. What do you love about CrossFit?
