Building Strong, Confident Youth

Our February youth programs start next week.
Our youth sessions run on the following schedule:

  • Teens - age 13- 17
    Tuesdays: February 3, 10, 17, and 24
    4:30pm – 5:15pm

  • Pre-Teens - age 9 - 12
    Wednesdays: February 4, 11, 18, and 25
    4:30pm – 5:15pm

  • Kids - ages 6 - 8
    Thursdays: February 5, 12, 19, and 26
    4:30pm – 5:15pm

Each class is coach led and intentionally structured. Our focus isn’t on exhausting our youth or turning workouts into chaos. It’s about teaching quality movement, building confidence, and helping youth feel capable in their bodies.

In our youth classes, we work on the fundamentals. Squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, running, jumping, carrying, etc. These are skills they will use in sports, at school, and in everyday life. February is a great month to reinforce those basics, slow things down where needed, and make sure movement comes first.

What we consistently see is growth that goes far beyond fitness. They’re learning how to listen, apply feedback, and try hard when something feels challenging. They learn that effort matters more than being perfect, and that progress comes from showing up and putting in the work.

Our youth program meets kids where they’re at. Some come in already active in sport. Others are brand new to structured movement, and both belong here. Everything is scaled appropriately, and success looks different for everyone.

Consistency is where the real changes happen. Showing up week after week builds stronger bodies, better coordination, improved focus, and confidence that carries outside the gym walls.

We’re proud of the environment we’ve built in our youth program. It’s positive, supportive, and grounded in experienced coaching. The goal is simple: help our youth move well, feel strong, and enjoy fitness. We have always believed that building a healthy relationship with fitness in youth, will make all the difference as adults.

If your child(ren) are already part of the program, we’re excited to get started next week. If you’ve been thinking about joining, February is a great time to jump in and build healthy habits that last.

Strong youth grow into capable adults, and we’re grateful to be part of that journey.
