Share Fundamentals
Our next Fundamentals session takes place this week on Friday at 7:00pm and Saturday at 10:30am, and we'd love your help getting the word out.
One of the things that often happens is, right after we finish a Fundamentals session, someone reaches out because a friend, family member, coworker, or spouse has been encouraging them to give CrossFit a try.
We love seeing that happen. Referrals from our members have always been one of the biggest reasons our community continues to grow.
That said, if you already know someone who has expressed an interest in starting, now is the perfect time to let them know about this upcoming session.
What makes this Fundamentals different is the schedule. We don't often run a Friday evening and Saturday morning option. A lot of our Fundamentals sessions take place during weekday daytime hours, which can be difficult for those working traditional Monday to Friday schedules.
If you know someone who has said:
"I've always wanted to try CrossFit."
"Maybe someday."
"I just need to find the right time."
This might be the right time.
Fundamentals is designed to help new athletes to CrossFit get comfortable with the the fundamental movements we do often in classes, understand how classes work, meet some of our coaches, and start building confidence before joining regular classes.
So if someone comes to mind while you're reading this, send them this blog, share of our instagram story, or simply let them know that there's a Fundamentals session starting this week.
Often times for many people the hardest part is getting started.
