Aries (March 21–April 19)
WOD Mood: Full Send
You treat every workout like it’s the CrossFit Games. Warm-up? Optional. Pacing? What’s that? You bring the fire, the grit, and a touch of chaos, and somehow, it works. Just don’t burn out before round three.
Taurus (April 20–May 20)
WOD Mood: Heavy bar, steady pace
You’re all about strength and consistency. If there’s a heavy day, you’re in heaven. You’re not here for flashy reps, you’re here to move well and get the work done. Bonus points if the workout ends with a snack.
Gemini (May 21–June 20)
WOD Mood: Depends on the vibe
You’re unpredictable, and that’s part of your charm. One day it’s max effort, next day it’s social hour by the rig. You love learning new skills and probably have four different pairs of Nanos. Class is always more fun when you’re in it.
Cancer (June 21–July 22)
WOD Mood: Quietly crushing it
You don’t make a scene, but you show up and get after it. You care about your people, cheer the loudest during finishers, and are always the first to notice when someone’s struggling. You’re the glue in the room, and usually stronger than you give yourself credit for.

You bring the presence. Your outfits match, your warm-up playlist is better than the coach’s, and you never miss a photo op post WOD. You lift heavy, move clean, and light up the room, just try not to hog the fan.

You’re all about clean lines and full range. You show up early, set up the most organized square, and treat movement standards like gospel. If the coach says “don’t overthink it,” you already are. But honestly? We wish everyone moved like you.

You keep things balanced, in life and in class. You’re the ideal partner: fair, encouraging, and just competitive enough. Whether it’s lifting, stretching, or socializing, you make everything look effortless. Also, you probably know everyone’s birthday.

WOD Mood: Controlled intensity
You bring intensity, focused, precise, and powerful. Your eyes say, “don’t talk to me,” but your technique says, “I came to work.” You thrive in dark and gritty workouts, and if there’s a benchmark WOD coming, you’re already planning how to PR it.
Sagittarius (November 22–December 21)
WOD Mood: Flawless form, zero chill
You move with intention, full range, clean reps, no shortcuts, but you’re also the one shimmying between sets and turning the warm up into a dance party. You care about standards, but you care just as much about having fun. Your energy lifts the room, and your squat depth keeps the coaches smiling. Never change.
Capricorn (December 22–January 19)
WOD Mood: Clock in, crush it
You’re disciplined, focused, and all about the long game. You track everything, never skip a warm up, and coach yourself mid rep. Progress is your love language. Just remember, a rest day doesn’t mean failure. Take the break. You’ve earned it.
Aquarius (January 20–February 18)
WOD Mood: Against the grain
You question everything, the stimulus, the rep scheme, the playlist. You like doing your own thing, and somehow you make it work. You’re innovative, independent, and probably modifying a movement no one else has even thought to scale yet. Keep the creative energy, but follow the whiteboard.
Pisces (February 19–March 20)
WOD Mood: Feels over numbers
You’re here for the vibes. You feel every rep, every song, every story behind a hero WOD. You lift with your heart and cheer like it’s your job. Whether it’s your own win or someone else’s, you’ll probably cry, and honestly, so will we.
