Pop up Fundamentals session this week

We love when people are eager to start CrossFit, and when we can, we do our best to make it happen quickly. Daytime sessions are easier for us to pop up on short notice, while evening sessions (7pm) typically run once per month.

This week, we were contacted by an athlete ready to get started right away, and it just so happened that 10:30am Friday and 10am Saturday worked with their schedule. So, we’ve popped up a Fundamentals session.

As always, we’re opening this session up to anyone else who is interested and able to make those two dates work. Please note: both days are required.

Yes, it’s very last minute, but if you know someone who has been thinking about trying CrossFit, this is a great opportunity to jump in.

If these times don’t work, no worries. Tell them to email us anyway, at indestri@gmail.com and we’ll add them to the list so they’ll be the first to know when the next session is announced.
