Coming up in April
April is right around the corner, and we have a few things happening.
If you know someone who has been thinking about starting CrossFit, April is a great time to begin. We’ll be running another round of our Fundamentals sessions on Wednesday, April 22nd and Friday, April 24th at 10:30am. These sessions are designed to introduce new athletes to our approach, teach foundational movements, and help them feel comfortable stepping into classes. It’s always one of the best entry points into the gym.
Our April Youth Programs are also just around the corner, and registration is already filling quickly.
Teens (ages 13–17): Tuesdays, April 7th to 28th, 4:30pm–5:15pm
Pre-Teens (ages 9–12): Wednesdays, April 8th to 29th, 4:30pm–5:15pm
Kids (ages 6–8): Thursdays, April 9th to 30th, 4:30pm–5:15pm
These sessions focus on building confidence, learning proper movement, and creating a positive environment where youth can develop both physically and mentally. If you’ve been meaning to get your child involved, now is the time to secure a spot.
We also have the CrossFit Nutrition for the Everyday Athlete course taking place on Saturday, April 18th. This is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of how to fuel your training and support long term health. We shared full details in last night’s blog, so be sure to check that out if you’re interested.
As we head into the Easter weekend, Good Friday falls on April 3rd and Easter Monday on April 6th. We’ll be sharing our holiday schedule next week, so keep an eye out for those updates.
