Long Weekend

Just a quick heads up as we head into the long weekend:

Saturday – Regular Class Schedule

Enjoy the day with friends and family. Get outside, move your body, and use your fitness outside the facility.

We’re back to regular hours on Tuesday.

For many years, we never took the holidays off. But over time, we’ve learned the value of pressing pause, not just for our coaching team, but for ourselves, our families, and believe it or not, for you as athletes, too.

Every once in a while, it’s good to take a day to reset. To step away from the barbell, get outdoors, and appreciate the incredible place we live. Whether it’s a hike, a paddle, a bike ride, or just a walk with loved ones, that’s what all this training is for. To make you stronger, more capable, and more confident outside of the facility.

Have an amazing long weekend, we’ll see some of you on Saturday for the partner (or maybe team WOD, it is the CrossFit Games weekend after all. For the rest, we’ll see you Tuesday, ready to get after another week of training.
