The best talk you get all day
There’s a conversation happening every time you train. No one else hears it, but it’s always there. The talk you give yourself inside your own head.
It shows up when the workout starts to bite. When your breathing picks up, when the weight feels heavier than it should, when your body starts looking for a way out.
That’s when it gets loud.
You can’t keep this pace.
This is too much.
Just slow down.
Just stop.

Stay with it.
