Team Training

At CrossFit Indestri, we believe strongly in the CrossFit methodology, and we bring that same approach into our Team Training sessions.

Whether the goal is general fitness or sport specific development, we use the principles of constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity to help athletes build a strong foundation. Beyond performance, these sessions also foster teamwork, accountability, and bonding, qualities that carry over from the gym to the field, rink, or court.

Our team training has seen great success in improving both athletic performance and team cohesion.
