The last WOD of 2025

This will mark the last workout of 2025.

For some, it’s just another class on the schedule. For others, it lands with a little more weight. Either way, it’s worth pausing for a moment to recognize what showing up today actually represents.

This workout isn’t about setting a record or finishing the year strong for social media. It’s about consistency. It’s about the quiet decision, made over and over again this year, to walk through the door even when life was busy, stressful, exhausting, or unpredictable.

Some of you trained through big wins this year.
Some of you trained through really hard seasons.
Some of you showed up when motivation was high.
Others showed up purely out of discipline.

And all of it counts.

This floor has seen early mornings, late nights, breakthroughs, frustrations, laughs, and a whole lot of effort over the past 12 months. Every workout stacked on the one before it. Every rep part of something bigger.

So as we close out 2025, remember this:

You don’t need a perfect year for progress to matter.
You don’t need to finish with fireworks for the work to count.
And you don’t need to have everything figured out going into the next one.

You just need to keep showing up.

Thank you for training with us this year. For trusting the process, for supporting one another, and for choosing hard things in a room full of people doing the same.

Here’s to the last workout of 2025, and another year of fun, fitness, friendship and community in 2026.
