May Youth Programs

May is almost here, and with it, our next block of Youth Programs at CrossFit Indestri.

These sessions have become a big part of what we do, because this is where it starts. Not just fitness, but the foundation of how kids move, how they approach challenges, and how they build confidence in themselves.

Every session is coach led. We’re not just running them through a workout. We’re teaching. How to squat properly. How to hinge. Body awareness. How to understand effort, pacing, and what it means to do hard things and have fun while doing it.

We meet them where they’re at. Some are brand new, some have been with us for a while, some are athletes in other sports, and some are just getting started. Regardless of experience, they all get coached.

We keep it structured, safe, and the standard high. Movement quality always comes first. We don’t rush it. We build it and along the way, you start to see the shift. Confidence grows, body awareness improves, and they begin to understand what they’re capable of.

That’s the goal.

We run our Youth Programs in 4 week blocks, and May is our next one.
Teens (13–17) train on Tuesdays from 4:30–5:15pm
Pre-Teens (9–12) on Wednesdays from 4:30–5:15pm
Kids (6–8) on Thursdays from 4:30–5:15pm.

Each group is built with age appropriate coaching, structure, and expectations. The younger groups focus on movement, coordination, and learning through fun, while the older groups begin to layer in more structure, strength, and an understanding of training.

But across all of it, the standard stays the same.

For us, this goes beyond just getting kids active. It’s about giving them a space where effort matters, where showing up matters, and where they’re supported while still being held accountable. It’s about helping them move well before bad habits set in, and giving them tools that carry into sport and into life.

These programs tend to fill quickly, and for good reason. If your child has been part of it before, you already know what this environment can do. If they’re new, this is a great place to start.
