I mentioned a couple weeks ago that we were applying to CrossFit HQ to host the one day in person CrossFit Nutrition Course in our facility. Excited to share that we have a date. CrossFit Indestri will host the course on Saturday, April 18th, 2026.
Here’s a little overview on the course from the CrossFit HQ site.
Nutrition is the foundation of health and performance in CrossFit training, yet many athletes struggle to align their diet with their training. Nutrition for the Everyday CrossFit Athlete is a one day, in person course designed to cut through the confusion and provide practical, evidence based strategies to fuel your workouts, support longevity, and optimize overall well being.
Whether you’re new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete, this course will simplify nutrition and make it accessible, actionable, and effective. With no prerequisites required, the day is packed with interactive lectures, hands on activities, and real world applications to ensure you walk away with the tools needed to build sustainable, performance driven eating habits.

Jocelyn will be travelling from Saskatoon where she has owned a CrossFit Affiliate for over 16 years. To bring the course to us.
