Another chance to start CrossFit this September
If you know someone who would benefit from CrossFit, we’re asking you to share this blog with them. Please share it with at least one person in your life who could benefit from starting CrossFit.
Our next Fundamentals sessions, the first step for anyone new to CrossFit, will be held:
Friday, September 12th at 7:00 pm
Saturday, September 13th at 10:00 am
(both days are required to attend)
Fundamentals is where we teach the foundations of CrossFit: the movements, the methodology, and the mindset. It’s the starting line for building strength, fitness, and confidence, both inside and outside the gym.
So our ask to you for this is to please share this with at least one person in your life, maybe someone who’s been thinking about starting, or someone important in your life who should get started, let them know that now’s the time.
September is about fresh starts, and there’s no better way to kick off a new season than by taking that first step into CrossFit.
