Busy evenings at CFI this week

It’s a full and exciting week of evenings at the CFI this week. We’ve got lots happening in addition to our regular class schedule, so here’s a look at what’s going on.

Evening Schedule

  • Tuesday & Thursday, 7 – 8pm
    Fundamentals sessions for new athletes beginning their journey with us. These don’t happen every week, but when they do, it’s always a great chance to welcome new faces into our community.

  • Wednesday, 7 – 8pm
    The U13 girls hockey team kicks off their training with us. We’ll be working with them on and off on Wednesday evenings over the next few months, focusing on strength, conditioning, and movement to help them on the ice.

Youth Programs

Along with the evening events, this week also marks the start of our October youth sessions:

  • Tuesday (Teens 13–17): 4:30 – 5:15pm ( still some spaces )

  • Wednesday (Pre-Teens 9–12): 4:30 – 5:15pm ( full )

  • Thursday (Kids 6–8): 4:30 – 5:15pm ( 1 space left )

These programs continue to grow, and it’s always amazing to see the energy and progress of our younger athletes.

All in all, it’s a busy but exciting week at CFI. We don’t always have evening Fundamentals, but we will regularly be bring in team training like the U13 girls hockey team for the next few months. It’s just another way we’re working to support our community, from kids to teens, to adults and athletes of all levels.
