Last Semifinals Workout

There are moments in the facility that remind you exactly why this place is so special. This weekend has been one of them.

On Friday at 1pm and again on Saturday at 10am, many of you showed up for Lee Anne. You came out to cheer, support her, and create an environment where she can feel the community behind her every rep.

And now, she has one final test in the 2026 online semi’s.

Lee Anne will take on her last Semifinal workout on Monday, following the 9:30am class. We’ll need about 20 to 30 minutes to get everything set, so if you’re planning to come, aim for around 10:50am please.

This stage is different. Everything has to be filmed and verified. The camera angle, the clock, the weights, the measurements, the entire floor. It all has to be visible and correct before a single rep begins. That adds time, but it also adds pressure.

The environment is different too. In the Open, the floor is full. Multiple heats, multiple athletes, built in noise and energy that it creates itself.

At Semifinals, it’s one athlete. One lane. One heat. So the kind of environment from the open doesn’t just happen again. We have to create it, and we can’t create it on our own.

Our role in these moments is to make sure everything meets the standard. We’re focused on the details, the rules, the setup, the judging, the filming. All the things that have to be right so that every rep counts. That means we’re not the ones building the noise, the energy, or the feeling in the room. That’s where we need you come in.

We appreciate every single person who came out on Friday and Saturday to help create that atmosphere for Lee Anne, and we’re asking you to do it again on Monday please.

Because this is a big deal. Lee Anne started exactly where so many of you did, in the Open. From there, she moved on to Quarterfinals with a small group from our gym, and from that group, she is the only one who advanced to Semifinals. At 69 years old, that’s not just impressive. It’s exceptional. She’s earned the right to step onto that floor with an environment that matches the moment. So if you can be there, please be there. Let’s make sure she feels exactly what it means to have the CrossFit Indestri community behind her as she takes on this final workout.
